Cultural center Kirnu is located in a renovated old dairy house by the lake near the city centre. Kirnu is mainly a dance and theater venue, but it is also available for concerts, lectures and private events. The space has 82 seats, stage, lobby, café and a greenroom for performers.

The rental period is between 7 am and 12 pm. The hall has a video projector and a screen (instructions are charged separately).
Cleaning is not included in the rent. If you want cleaning and/or doorman services, they will be charged separately: cleaning 23€ per hour and doorman services 30€ per hour (door opening and closing 1 hour and instructions 1 hour per one time, incl. VAT).
Sound and light services are not included in the price and have to be determined separately (sound Sauli Saastamoinen: sauli.saastamoinen@kotinet.com and lights Mika Lumiaho: mika.lumiaho@gmail.com).
Coffee and other catering service is booked primarily from Haapavesi Dance Support Association haapavedentanssintuki@gmail.com.
Rent for various events (theater, dance, concerts, lectures, etc.) including hall, lobby, space for performers, greenroom and kitchen, the renter cleans the space himself:
– 40 €/h (incl. VAT)
– if used for more than 3 h 100 €/day (max. 8 h, VAT incl.), rent prices for over 8 hours will be agreed separately
