In Haapavesi

Jump behind the wheel and bike around Haapavesi on your bike. The Mieluskoski loop goes around back to the city center via Humaloja and Mieluskylä. If the trip seems too short, continue around Kirkkojärvi through Vattukylä, Eskolanniemi and Mustikkamäki. Visit Kylpyläsaari to eat ice cream on the way and bathe in the evening sun.

The ski tracks in Lumimaa, Varikko and Aakonvuori are available to bicyclists in the summer.

Aakonvuoren ja Lumimaan alueelta löytyy haastavampaa XC rataa jännitystä kaipaavalle.

Mountain bike route

XC Mount Aakonvuori

The mountain bike route is 4.6 km long. Efforts were made to build the route for all levels so that the most difficult sections are easier to detour. Other routes already built in the area and other users of the area were taken into account in the planning of the route. The track will be further improved in summer 2021.

Lumimaa new XC track is 280 metres long.

On the mountain bike track you will find speed curves, stonedrops, earth mounds, slalom rings, wooden ramp, jump spots, downhill stairs, climbing barriers and a pit area for resting. Go test the track! test
